The Harlem Museum and Welcome Center, the Home of the Laurel and Hardy Museum of Harlem, GA, and local businesses will remain open for normally advertised hours.
We are looking forward to hosting the 36th Annual Oliver Hardy Festival on October 4, 2025.

When is the Oliver Hardy Festival?

The Oliver Hardy Festival is always held on the first Saturday of October unless the weather causes dangerous conditions.

How do I become a vendor at the Oliver Hardy Festival?

All vendors must complete the application form in its entirety and pay in person at the Harlem Museum and Welcome Center or send the form with a check in the mail addressed to the Oliver Hardy Festival Steering Committee and mailed to Harlem City Hall.

"Someone called/emailed/messaged me and said they were an employee for the City of Harlem and asked me to pay online through a website or email. Is this a scam?"

Yes, that is a scam. The City of Harlem will not reach out to you online to ask for an online payment to be a vendor in the Oliver Hardy Festival. Please, be cautious with online sales. If you have any questions, please contact us at (706) 556-0401.
