Oliver Hardy Festival Art Contest

Coloring pages are due September 6, 2023, by 5 pm at the Harlem Museum and Welcome Center (the Columbia Theatre). 

Voting will be done on the "Harlem Happenings" Facebook page by the locals! The poll will open on September 13, 2023, at 10:30 am and close on September 25, 2023, at 5 pm. 

Winners will be contacted the week of September 27-30. First, second, and third-place winners will have their artwork displayed at the museum until December 31, 2022, and will be given a frameable certificate from the museum for the first three to place.
