We are currently planning the 2023 Christmas in Harlem Festival.
We will not accept applications for vendors, food, or the parade until after the Oliver Hardy Festival has ended. You can find the application on the city website at the link below. Or you can come by the museum for a hard copy. If you have any questions, please get in touch with Meghan Foster (mfoster@harlemga.org) at the museum at (706) 556-0401.
There might be Disney Princesses or holiday characters walking around, so keep an eye out!

The Christmas Festival is held on the second Saturday of December unless the weather causes dangerous conditions.
All vendors must complete the application form in its entirety and pay in person at the Harlem Museum and Welcome Center or send the form with a check in the mail addressed to the Harlem Museum or Harlem City Hall.
Yes, that is a scam. The City of Harlem will not reach out to you online to ask for an online payment to be a vendor in the Christmas Festival. Please, be cautious with online sales. If you have any questions, please contact us at (706) 556-0401.
